Besides the obvious (bike, bags, clothes) there plenty to consider & to be honest we're not really sure. We have some experience in packing for camping, trekking & bike trips, but it's our first time we will really be living out of bike bags for a long period. Secondly south-east asia is unfamiliar territory...
1) Search the net for some info, this kind of trip has been done before. Learn from others.
2) Get the Lonely Planet "Southeast Asia on a shoestring" travel guide.
3) Try to use common sense?!?
